Principal Software Development Engineer in Test

As the Principal SDET, you are the most senior technical authority for quality across all of engineering. You operate beyond a single team, setting the strategy, architecture, and standards that will enable engineers to ship with confidence and speed.

As the Principal SDET, you are the most senior technical authority for quality across all of engineering. You operate beyond a single team, setting the strategy, architecture, and standards that will enable engineers to ship with confidence and speed.

• You will architect and drive the vision for our next-generation, cross-platform test automation ecosystem.
• You will mentor and elevate our SDETs and senior engineers, acting as a force multiplier for technical excellence.
• You will stay hands-on by prototyping core libraries, services, and tools that all engineering teams will use to build and test.
• You will lead the research and implementation of new testing paradigms, including the strategic application of AI to solve our most complex quality challenges.

Architectural Mastery:

• You have 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience and a proven track record of architecting, building, and scaling automation frameworks across a complex, multi-product enterprise environment.
• You are an expert engineer in C# and the .NET ecosystem, with deep expertise in Selenium, API automation, and performance testing.

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

• You don't just lead teams; you transform engineering teams. You have proven experience creating and executing a long-term vision for quality that aligns with business goals.
• You are an expert in designing and optimizing test strategies for complex, high-velocity CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• You are an expert communicator who can influence and align directors, architects, and product leaders, acting as the primary mentor for senior quality engineers.

Bonus Points (The Future):

• You have experience with or a strong passion for exploring AI in testing (e.g., using AI for test data generation, visual validation, or log anomaly detection).
