Job Description

We are looking for experienced and skilled Medical Oncologists and Surgical Oncologists to join our new comprehensive cancer care team. The ideal candidates should be clinically competent, compassionate, and committed to providing evidence-based cancer care as part of a multidisciplinary oncology unit.

Key Responsibilities – Medical Oncologist

• Diagnose and manage patients with solid and hematological malignancies.
• Administer and supervise chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards for treatment planning.
• Monitor treatment response and manage therapy-related complications.
• Guide patients and families through cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
• Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to clinical audits and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – Surgical Oncologist

• Perform organ-specific cancer surgeries: GI, breast, head & neck, urology, gynecology, etc.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and postoperative care.
• Use minimally invasive, laparoscopic, or robotic techniques where appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists for comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain high standards in cancer resection, reconstruction, and patient safety.
• Contribute to tumor boards and case discussions.
