Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing product/service information, generating leads, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets
  • Follow call scripts and communication guidelines
  • Identify and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide correct information
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
  • Share daily reports with the team leader

Requirements

  • Fresher / 0–1 year experience
  • Good communication skills in English + local language
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/CRM)
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling
  • Fast learner and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
