We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Fashion Designer with 5–10+ years of experience in contemporary fashion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fabrics, prints, garment construction, and production processes, along with a strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with modern, design-forward labels.

This role requires hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and a portfolio that reflects original design thinking, versatility, and a refined eye for detail. Key

Responsibilities

  • Research fashion trends, fabrics, techniques, and treatments to develop original and seasonally relevant collections
  • Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Design prints, embroideries, and textile layouts that align with the brand's aesthetic
  • Collaborate closely with the production and sampling teams to ensure quality and execution from concept to final product
  • Source and experiment with fabrics and trims to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Participate in fiƫings and provide feedback on constrution, fit, and finish
  • Maintain design documentation and support the creation of look books, mood boards, and collection presentations
  • Contribute to brand storytelling through visual and narrative elements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10+ years of experience
    in fashion design, with hands-on exposure to both creative and production workflows
  • Strong understanding of
    contemporary Indian and global fashion sensibilities
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , especially
    Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Solid knowledge of
    textiles, print development, and garment construction
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills
  • A
    degree or diploma in Fashion Design
    or a related field
