About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven CRM Executive to support customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communication. You will work closely with the CRM Manager to build and execute campaigns across multiple channels and ensure timely, error-free delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CRM platforms and a strong interest in lifecycle marketing, data segmentation, and campaign operations.
Key Responsibilities -Campaign Execution & OperationsExecute daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns across MoEngage / CleverTap or other similar tools. SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email,Mobile In-apps and RCS.
Ensure timely setup, QA, and launch of all campaigns with zero errors.
Basic understanding of Excel/Goggle Sheets.
Assist in setting up and maintaining automated lifecycle journeys (activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
Support ongoing improvements to journey logic, segments, and triggers.
Build audience segments based on user behavior, events, and attributes.
Implement personalization rules across campaigns and journeys.
Monitor campaign delivery, CTR, conversion, and other funnel metrics.
Share performance dashboards, insights, and improvement opportunities with the CRM Manager.
Assist in setting up A/B experiments and track test results.
Contribute to insights that help optimize communication strategy.
Coordinate with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign workflows.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle operations.
Proficiency in CRM tools like MoEngage or CleverTap (mandatory).
Experience in managing SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS campaigns.
Basic understanding of segmentation, funnels, and campaign analytics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred.
