Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Firozabad. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring quality control of sourced materials. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and collaborating with the production team to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the home decor or glassware industry is a plus
