Japanese Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Japanese language training sessions for healthcare and hospitality professionals.

• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with JLPT N5N3 levels and industry-specific vocabulary.

• Develop customized learning materials focused on medical, caregiving, and hospitality terminologies.
• Monitor learner progress through assessments, tests, and feedback.
• Incorporate cultural orientation and workplace etiquette relevant to Japanese professional environments.
• Support students in preparation for JLPT exams and interviews.
• Maintain training records and provide periodic progress reports.

Requirements:

• JLPT N3 certification or higher (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Japanese Language, Education, or related field).
• Prior experience in teaching Japanese—preferably to healthcare or hospitality professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create interactive and practical learning experiences.
