Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist based in Aurangabad. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential merchants and onboarding them to the Paytm platform. Daily responsibilities include promoting Paytm's suite of payment solutions, building and maintaining strong merchant relationships, meeting acquisition targets, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The role also involves understanding the merchant's needs and providing tailored solutions to support their business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, or Sales
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Understanding of Digital Payments and Financial Technology solutions
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analytical Thinking for identifying business opportunities
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or payments industry is a plus
