  • Manage all financial transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll processing, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies, including timely TDS deductions, filings, and payments.
  • Set up, implement, and monitor accounting systems, internal controls, and process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, coordinate audits, and provide general administrative support.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain financial records using Zoho Books.
  • Handle invoice filing, documentation, and maintain organized records for audit readiness.
  • Follow up with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting reports and financial summaries for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data.
  • Ensure proper TDS calculation, deduction, and timely deposit as per applicable laws, and maintain related documentation for compliance and audits.

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
