Graphic Designer — Marketing & Creative Services (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity
A growth-oriented company operating in the Marketing, Branding and Creative Services sector, delivering integrated digital and print creative solutions for B2B and B2C clients. We're building an on-site design studio in India to produce brand-led campaigns, product visuals, packaging and social-first content that drive engagement and conversion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, on-brand visual assets for digital and print including social creatives, web banners, email templates, packaging, POS, brochures and sales collaterals.
  • Translate creative briefs into concepts, visual comps and production-ready artwork with strong attention to typography, color, hierarchy and layout.
  • Create short-form motion assets (GIF/MP4) and simple animations for social and display using Adobe After Effects.
  • Prepare print-ready files and oversee prepress coordination with vendors to ensure color accuracy, bleeds, and production specifications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to align visuals with campaign goals, technical specs and launch schedules.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, version control and enforce brand guidelines across campaigns.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social and print work—required at application.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design at an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven track record delivering print-ready files and digital assets that meet performance and production requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
