We are seeking candidates who have done their BCom/ M.Com Graduates/ CA Intermediate who has done their Articleship under CA with Excellent communication and who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
Position Title: Accountant Location- Bhopal (Onsite) Experience- Fresher Job Type- Full-time NP- 0-15 Days Time PM, Mon to Sat
Responsibilities
  • Can Manage all accounting transactions
  • Can perform and work independently.
  • Can Prepare budget forecasts, compute taxes, PF Filling, and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the ERP system to meet the organization's accounting needs.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports using data extracted from the ERP system.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records within the ERP system
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BCom/ M.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA Intermediate- Articleship candidates will be plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
