Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Nagpur, is for a Field Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, generating and following up on leads, managing sales operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves effectively communicating product features and benefits, identifying client needs, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide outstanding support
- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and building lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing workflows and meeting targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in interior materials, décor, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
