Senior Relationship Manager

Liaises with a team within a small practice area in Marsh to enhance the relationship with Specialty Operations Hub; communicates regularly with constituents at Specialty Operations Hub to drive basic process improvements with regards to efficiency, quality, and timeline.
Examines the operations & claims process for a team within a small practice area to ensure it is moving along the appropriate time line; alters time line as appropriate to best fit the needs of the practice.
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintains an awareness of the customers business and insurance needs.
Performs assigned tasks to assist managers in designing and implementing departmental procedures, including checklists, standard binding emails, and other initiatives.
Manages lower level employees and acts as a subject matter expert and provides feedback and advice to colleagues.
Delivers "on the spot" technical assistance to brokers and other colleagues with general and routine account specific problems to resolve them or escalate them as needed.
Adheres strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
