Responsibilities
1
. Vendor Management
Run vendor payments on a periodic basis for Material & Non-Materials (including Admin Expense vendors) and upload in Bank Portal as maker for payment to vendors.
Coordinate and communicate with the bank for daily transactions.
Perform vendor reconciliation and confirmation of balances.
Create vendor codes and maintain master data.
Circulate GST (ITC) default vendor list to the user department.
2. Creditors & Debtors Management
Prepare Creditors Aging Analysis Report – Domestic.
Prepare Creditors Aging Analysis Report – Imports.
Track Sundry Creditors ageing (other than Import Suppliers).
Perform Debtors (Customers) Aging Analysis and follow up for collections.
Conduct customer reconciliation and confirmation of balances.
Follow up on outstanding collections from miscellaneous customers (other than VCC).
Pass bank receipt entries for miscellaneous customers.
3. Cash & Bank Transactions
Report fund positions for all banks.
Pass cash payment and cash receipt entries.
Maintain petty cash.
4. Audit & Compliance
Coordinate audits for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Update Directors' foreign visits for validating ROC documents.
Maintain and update the expiry status of agreements (other than ARD Agreement).
5. Insurance & Prepaid Expenses
Renew/enhance transit insurance for road transport.
Renew/enhance insurance for stock in the factory and warehouse.
Pass prepaid expenses and insurance entries.
6. Administrative Updates
Update the Admin Calendar (monthly default payments) for Head Office and Corporate Office.
Report the status of foreign currency and gold & silver coins.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounts with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and sound business acumen.
