Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative material for both digital and print media. The role requires a blend of technical design skills and creative flair, with a strong understanding of academic and institutional branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design brochures, posters, banners, event collateral, social media posts, newsletters, and academic reports.
  • Create and edit engaging content for various social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) aligned with institutional campaigns and events.
  • Develop brand-consistent visual content for both internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, academic, and administrative teams for ongoing campaigns and special projects.
  • Edit short videos and promotional clips using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with NL Dalmia's brand identity and values.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of designs and creative assets.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in the latest versions of:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Working knowledge of social media formats and creative strategies for digital campaigns.

  • Basic video editing and animation skills.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience (experience in an academic or educational environment will be an advantage).
  • A strong portfolio is mandatory at the time of application.
