The Role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual voice of this mission, in short, the face of our brand for all our offline and online activities. You won't just be creating assets; you'll be translating complex concepts into compelling cinematic visuals that inspire and enable thousands of professionals to achieve their career goals. Your work will be at the heart of our marketing, product, and content, directly influencing our brand perception and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling:
    Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives for all digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), our website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Simplify Learning:
    Transform educational content into beautiful and digestible illustrations, infographics, and visual assets.
  • Drive Brand Consistency:
    Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure our brand remains cohesive and powerful across all touchpoints.
  • Enhance User Experience:
    Contribute your visual design expertise to improve UI/UX elements of our learning platform, making learning more intuitive and delightful.
  • Craft Compelling Campaigns:
    Create a wide range of promotional materials, including digital ads, banners, presentations, and brochures that drive conversions.
  • Offline Assets Development:
    Design and illustrate concepts for merchandise, offline marketing assets for events like standees, entrance arch, engaging games, etc.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an EdTech or fast-paced startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, process, and expertise in digital and brand design.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
  • Should be comfortable to leverage the latest AI tools like Freepik AI, etc. to generate consistent visuals as per brand guidelines.
  • A solid foundation in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
