We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to support bar operations, ensure excellent service, and assist in managing staff and inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Bar Manager in supervising daily bar operations.
  • Oversee bartenders and service staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Support menu planning, cocktail creation, and promotions.
  • Maintain inventory, stock levels, reorder requirements, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Handle guest interactions, manage complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct staff training on drink preparation, service techniques, and upselling.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
  • Assist in preparing daily sales reports and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and alcohol service laws.
  • Help organize bar events, themed nights, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain equipment, glassware, and bar tools.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Bartending certification preferred.
  • 2–4 years of bar or restaurant experience, including supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic bar inventory control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹42,000.00 per month
