Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Engineer who has hands-on experience on Database and Data warehouse technologies with hands on experience in Alteryx is preferable.

  • Developing, implementing, modifying, and providing ongoing management of business systems, processes, databases, software and tools.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS with query optimization
  • Ingestion of Epsilon and Altair Installs
  • Ingestion and conversion of GS Epsilon Install
  • Management of all sFTP and file transfer credentials
  • Data Append request execution (Altair & Epsilon)
  • Ingestion of Epsilon ZIP-level data, Zip radius look up process
  • Manage and standardize all data practice requests/processes.
  • Standard import scripts for loading data into Snowflake/R/Python
  • Improve Alteryx data append process and match rates
  • Development of derived variables (Model velocity, customer penetration)
  • Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx to be used by the BI Reporting tool
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows supporting BI reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.​​​​​
Required Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of hand on experience of developing python-based solutions/applications.
  • Strong experience of working with Object Oriented programming in Python.
  • Strong experience of working with API's and integrating multiple applications together.
  • Experience in using Business Intelligence tools such as: Tableau, Power BI for business applications is a plus.
  • Experience of working with Data Warehousing Technologies like BigQuery, Redshift, or snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
Educational Qualifications

Master's/Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
