  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day delivery operations of the branch

  • Training & Coaching Delivery Associates

  • Ensuring Compliance to Branch Operations Processes, Reports & MIS and Team Leading

  • Motivating and Coaching Teams to Deliver on the Expected Parameters.

  • Keeping Damage / Shrinkage in Control

  • Ensuring Achievement of Desired Efficiency Levels in Pick Up & Deliveries
