Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care at patients' homes across assigned zones.
• Manage cases with complete ownership ensuring patient safety and quality care.

• Perform essential nursing procedures:

• IV cannulation

• Catheterization
• Ryle's tube insertion
• Minor & major dressing

• Nebulization

• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and operations teams for seamless healthcare delivery.

• Ensure timely travel and availability as per assigned patient schedules.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of clinical experience.
• Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree with valid Nursing Registration Number.

• Work History:

• 1 - 2 years in private/government hospitals.

• Minimum 1 year ICU experience or 1 year in Emergency Department.

• Prior home-care experience preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Ability to independently manage patient care.
• Hands-on proficiency in nursing procedures.

Operational Details

• Must own a personal vehicle for travel.
• Willingness to travel extensively for patient visits.
• Shift Timing: 9 AM – 8 PM

• Work Schedule: 26 shifts/month.

• 1 Casual Leave (with 10 days' notice).

• 1 weekly off.

Compensation

• Overtime: 300/hour

• Travel Reimbursement:

• 5/km (Bengaluru)

• 3.5/km (Delhi-NCR)
