About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support the design and execution of luxury hospitality projects under the FashionTV brand. The role requires assisting senior designers in conceptualizing, planning, and producing design deliverables for high-end spaces including Salons, Spas, Nail Spas, Cafés, Lounges, Bars, Diners, and Tea Houses. This position offers hands-on exposure to luxury design workflows, site coordination, and industry-standard design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in developing concepts, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.

• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using relevant design software.

• Support space planning, material research, sample selection, and FF&E documentation.

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure quality alignment.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples, quotations, and material approvals.

• Maintain project files, design documentation, and revision records.

• Assist in reviewing BOQs, working drawings, and site measurements.

• Stay updated with emerging trends in interior design, hospitality aesthetics, and luxury materials.

• Deliver accurate drawings, 3D visuals, and design documentation within assigned timelines.

• Maintain consistency and alignment with the design direction provided by the senior designer.

• Ensure proper coordination with vendors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth execution.

• Achieve high-quality output with minimal revisions during design and execution phases.

• Demonstrate creativity by contributing fresh ideas, concepts, and material suggestions.

• Ensure timely submission of samples, mood boards, and design updates for approvals.

• Maintain organized project documentation and support seamless workflow in the design team.

• Improve efficiency by proactively resolving design-related queries and supporting site activities.

• Enhance software proficiency and technical skills through continuous learning.

• Display professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to FashionTV's luxury design standards.
