Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Databricks Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions on the Azure platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Azure Data Services, with a solid understanding of data engineering principles and modern data architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark.

Integrate and transform data from multiple sources such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and APIs.

Work with large-scale datasets to build efficient, reusable, and reliable data processing solutions.

Implement data quality checks, error handling, and logging frameworks.

Optimize Databricks notebooks and clusters for performance and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.

Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
