We are looking for an experienced ITSM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team. This is a remote opportunity where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have 4+years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in the ITSM module, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations specific to ITSM.
  • Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving ITSM-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3+ years in ITSM.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its development capabilities.
  • Expertise in IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge modules).
  • Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
  • ServiceNow certifications (Admin or ITSM-related).
