  • Business Development & Public Relations Executive Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identifying New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand our client portfolio. Explore potential services to offer and identify opportunities to enter new markets.
    1. Sales and Marketing Experience: Utilize sales and marketing experience to effectively engage with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to move leads through the sales cycle and convert them into long-term partnerships.
    1. Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and address requirements to deliver value-added solutions. Utilize appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance for company products.
    1. Results Focus: Demonstrate a competitive spirit and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets. Embrace challenges and adapt quickly to navigate through setbacks.
    1. Market and Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the media industry dynamics. Stay informed about key competitors, challenges, technology, trends, and regulations.
    1. Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our media house to potential clients. Represent us at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase our services and forge new connections.
    1. Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Proactively conducting outbound calling activities, secure meetings, and nurture leads to drive business growth.
    1. Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, primarily through phone and email communication.
    1. Conducting Research and Analysis: Dive deep into the media industry, conducting thorough research on firms. Analyze their current digital marketing activities and identify opportunities where our media house can assist in improving their digital presence.
    1. Public Relations and Media Relations: Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns and media relations strategies to enhance our company's image and reputation. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
    1. Content Creation and Distribution: Edit and update promotional material, prepare and distribute press releases, and organize PR events to increase brand visibility.
    1. Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage, assess PR performance, and prepare comprehensive reports to evaluate the impact of PR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in business development & PR within the media industry.

    1. Proven track record of success in generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and executing effective PR campaigns.
    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, media outlets, and internal teams.
    1. Proficiency in using sales, CRM, and PR software.
    1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
