Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dermatologist, ideal for a recent graduate (MD/DNB/DDVL) or a professional with 1-2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong patient base in a supportive and modern clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting consultations with patients to assess their skin and hair concerns.
• Diagnosing and managing common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, fungal infections, and hair loss.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and advising on appropriate skincare regimens.
• Performing basic dermatological and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, comedone extraction, and advising on laser therapies. (Hands-on training can be provided for specific procedures).
• Educating patients on preventative skin care and the long-term management of chronic conditions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements, treatments, and research in the field of dermatology.
• Collaborating with our team of aestheticians and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required:
• Post-graduate degree in Dermatology (MD, DNB, or DDVL) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) is mandatory.
• 0-2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Desired:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatments.
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a significant advantage.
