About Us

BAVA is a streetwear brand rooted in hip-hop, rebellion, and unapologetic self-expression. We don't just sell clothes — we sell attitude, culture, and community. We're looking for an intern who knows how to blend
design + social media + ad creativity
to turn ideas into hype.

What You'll Do

  • Design
    streetwear-centric content
    : lookbooks, reels covers, drop teasers, influencer kits, and campaign graphics.
  • Create
    Meta ad creatives
    (static + carousel + story/reel ads) that drive clicks and conversions while staying on-brand.
  • Manage our
    social media presence
    (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.) — from scheduling posts to building hype for drops.
  • Support
    photoshoots/video shoots
    — designing ad overlays, typography, and visuals for campaigns.
  • Keep an eye on
    global fashion/ad trends
    and adapt them to our brand.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva).
  • Understanding of
    fashion aesthetics
    — streetwear, oversized fits, bold graphics, hip-hop visuals.
  • Familiarity with
    Meta ad design principles
    — urgency, product clarity, bold offers, and mobile-first design.
  • Awareness of
    social media culture
    (memes, trends, reels format, storytelling).
  • Bonus: photography, video editing, or styling experience.
  • Above all:
    passion for streetwear & hip-hop culture
    .
