Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with over 2.5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, API integration, and database management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and high-quality code following best practices.
  • Manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Debug and resolve software issues and production bugs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Maintain proper documentation for code, processes, and system design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Django, or Flask/FastAPI frameworks.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
