Two-wheeler is mandatory. This is a field sales role .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and internal sales team for order processing and status updates.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments, deliveries, and service-related queries.
  • Conduct client visits as needed to support sales and marketing activities (TA/DA provided).
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including market visits and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases using MS Excel and Word.
  • Handle email communication, follow up on sales inquiries, and perform internet research (mail surfing).
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
  • Support general office and sales administration as required.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or marketing support. ( freshers can also apply )
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet browsing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.(Hindi , Gujarati , English )
