About the Role:

We are looking for a Call Executive to connect with B2B travel agents across India, introduce our travel services, and support them with tour packages and bookings. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, confident on calls, and interested in growing within the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to travel agents and tour operators (B2B clients) across regions.
  • Introduce our Thailand & Malaysia DMC services and available packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to increase sales.
  • Maintain call logs, client databases, and follow-up records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Tourism, Hospitality, or related field).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi – both spoken and written.
  • Good communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
  • Prior experience in travel B2B calling or sales is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
