Platform
Product Manager
to own and scale our post-order experience and operations technology

If you believe technology can transform logistics and operations, and thrive in building systems that power thousands of daily orders, this is for you. We're building robust order management systems, warehouse management systems, and ERP tools that ensure every pet parent gets their order on time, every time.

Who are we looking for

You are a systems thinker who understands complex operational workflows and is excited to build scalable backend systems that power exceptional customer experiences. You've likely worked in B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments with strong logistics components and have deep expertise in order management, warehouse operations, and supply chain technology.

You will be a great fit if you are:

  • A pet parent
  • Passionate about building robust, scalable operations technology. Have experience working on
    OMS, WMS, inventory management, ERP systems, or logistics tech
  • Can analyze operational bottlenecks, design system improvements, and drive efficiency gains
  • Thrive in environments with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams
  • Have a deep appreciation for operational metrics, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery performance
  • Are comfortable with complexity, and thrive in scaling operations from 1→10 and 10→100
  • You have
    3-4 years of experience
    in product management, preferably in
    e-commerce operations, supply chain tech, or logistics platforms
    .
