We're Hiring | New Product Development (NPD)

Location: Kheda || Experience: 4+ Years || Qualification: Degree in Packaging Technology

Industry: Cosmetics Manufacturing

We are looking for a candidate from the NPD, QC, Manufacturing, or Production departments within our industry—specifically Perfume, Personal Care, or Cosmetics.

The ideal candidate should have experience in NPD or related departments, be proficient in Excel, and demonstrate a proactive approach. They should be capable of coordinating across multiple departments and following up on project statuses effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage project trackers.

• Keep in constant touch and co-ordination with various cross functional departments such as, Design, Purchase, R&D, Production – to ensure the delivery of the project happens OTIF.

• Create specifications on technical, production and bill of materials.

• Support in all data entry and documentation related work.

• Ensure availability of materials, packaging materials and resources for mock ups.

• Evaluate samples on R&D /quality parameters and match specifications.

• Coordinate to Obtain approval from management / R&D and document sign off.

• Create artwork briefs.

• Document and summarize the NPD trails, BOM, revised specifications and master references.

• Regular updates to internal stakeholders & external customers to ensure they are fully notified on delivery times of all projects.

• Carrying out competitor and market research.

• Helping to decide on USP's, hero ingredients & marketing claims for products.

• Maintains component, fragrance and competitive libraries.
