We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient communication, scheduling appointments, handling follow-ups, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic. The role requires excellent communication skills, a polite and professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.
--- Key Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Schedule and reschedule appointments for the doctor using the clinic's system. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is updated accurately. Coordinate between the doctor and patients to ensure a smooth workflow. Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries politely and efficiently. Follow up on treatment plans, reports, and pending appointments. Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation. Ensure the reception and waiting area are organized and welcoming. Support the doctor and clinic staff in day-to-day operations as needed.
--- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or front-desk role preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and local language. Strong telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, or clinic software). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
