About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy NLP-based machine learning models and pipelines.
  • Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for custom use cases.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and build scalable AI applications.
  • Work with vector databases and similarity search tools like Faiss.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance using Weights & Biases (W&B) and other tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
  • Proven experience with Hugging Face, Transformers, and NLP libraries.
  • Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience using Faiss for vector similarity search.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as W&B for experiment tracking.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying models to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of API integrations and scaling ML pipelines.
  • Exposure to generative AI applications or chat-based systems.
