Deputy General Manager/General Manager Revenue Revenue/Sales

Location: Bengaluru / Delhi NCR / Pune
Type: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build managed office sales pipeline by working on requirements from IPC, LPC channel partners, and direct clients for the entire region
  • Develop and execute outreach strategy for targeted real estate channel partner firms for relationship management
  • Book introductory meetings with prospective clients and channel partners to ensure business development of MOS deals within the region
  • Network with key contacts within the related industries to expand the contact base
  • Conduct and organize the regular MOS sales pipeline review and strategy execution sales with the channel partners
  • Organize and execute regional channel partner connects and propose networking events with them
  • Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review for their regions
  • Consistently maintain a high level of channel partner and member satisfaction
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, channel partners engagements, and events to advocate CoWrks Product that is MOS
  • Continually work with the landlord for the supply of the assets and keep track of the upcoming assets of the landlord
  • Understand the RFP/RFQ/tendering process of the real estate space management
  • Interact with customers and gather requirements for deal closure
  • Provide support for channel partners and clients for the project site execution
  • Facilitate conversations and negotiations to execute transaction processes
  • Understand contract management and legalities of the lease agreement
  • Be the voice of the customer to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as the Client Solutions team and design team
  • Generate revenue and achieve sales targets for MOS
  • Gather market insights and competition intelligence about local markets on MOS
  • Complete research on building due diligence as necessary by collecting and analyzing property information
Requirements and Skills
  • Relevant work experience of 2-4 years in the coworking industry or in commercial leasing in real estate sales IPCs JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank or Developers e.g. Sobha, Emaar, Raheja Developers, DHF, Super tech, Tata Realty, and Godrej Properties.
  • Possesses high sales negotiation skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to work on targets
  • Ability to build deep relationships with customers and channel partners in their region
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team members within the organization
  • High analytical skills and good Excel work
