Position Tittle -  Brand Operations Officer

Band - Full Time Contract

Location - NBS, Gurugram ( Hybrid )

Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably with a Marketing degree)

Experience Required -

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong learning agility.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing.

Main Purpose of the Job - Manage & Supports operations for activating a SKU/brand for a given category. Perform & coordinate all activities with precision and within the defined timelines to support Brand / Marketing Managers. Responsible for end-to-end event management.

Key Job Responsibilities -

System Readiness

Artwork Management

  • Nestl Content Hub (NCH) Artwork
  • upload on NCH Artwork approval (Including Label Copy) Follow up with stakeholders
  • Artwork modification
  • Coordination with the Packaging team for final manufacturing by vendor

Control Mechanism (Compliance)

  • ABM/BM/SBM approves the artwork on system. Before final artwork, sign off by BM on Vendor proof

System Readiness

  • FERT/Skelta process
  • Consumer promo process UNBW etc.

Procurement Activities

  • Easy Buy Related: PR creation post Brand Manager's final review PO approval, follow-up for with stakeholders Non –
  • Easy Buy procurement : Outdoor Media On – Ground activation (Sampling, Event) In-Office activation Stakeholder management

POSM Creation /Management

  • Work on prototype with Visibility Team
  • Coordinate for Specifications - Visibility Team
  • Act as a bridge between procurement & vendor quotations.
  • Artwork upload on NCH for POSM
  • Offline Approval for artwork from regulatory, legal & IP
  • Coordinate with Vendor on POSM delivery date prior to execution in the market
