Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Nexus Jobs, based in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for creativity and an eye for design aesthetics. You will work closely with our team to develop graphic content that meets client requirements and enhances brand identity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and UX/UI Design (Mandatory skill) to create compelling visual content and interfaces.
  • Experience with Figma to develop and manage design projects, ensuring collaboration and consistency in designs.
  • Proficient in Sketch for creating engaging and interactive design prototypes that enhance user experience.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign to create print and digital media that adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
  • Strong understanding of typography to select typeface and manage visual readability effectively across projects.
  • Expertise in digital illustration to produce original concepts and designs that align with client visions and project goals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to generate design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of precision and quality in all design deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand project objectives and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Create high-quality graphics and visual elements that are consistent with existing branding and marketing materials.
  • Develop and iterate on design concepts for websites, brochures, and other multimedia channels.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual media to uphold the integrity of the brand identity.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality control at each stage.
  • Prepare final artwork files for production, checking colors, resolution, and typography.
  • Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the end product meets or exceeds expectations.
