Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Alappuzha. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, managing sales operations, identifying potential leads, and fostering relationships with clients. The individual will oversee channel sales by coordinating with distributors and retailers to achieve sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service is maintained. Day-to-day tasks will include tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with the ability to manage distributors and retail partners effectively
  • Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and converting prospects into sales opportunities
  • Strong Customer Service focus to develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or hygiene products industry, is an advantage
  • Proactive approach and ability to perform well in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
