Role Overview

The Fashion Consultant (Sales Executive) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand's image at the retail store. The role involves assisting customers in selecting apparel, providing styling advice, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their style preferences and requirements.

Assist customers in selecting garments and accessories that match their preferences.

Provide styling advice and promote new arrivals or collections.

Ensure proper display and visual merchandising at the store.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain inventory records, assist in stock replenishment, and manage billing.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.

Stay updated on latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
