Job Description:

As a PHP Developer Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
  • Write clean, well structured, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Translating project requirements into technical specifications and implementing them efficiently and effectively.
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Identifying and resolving issues and bugs reported by QA or end-users in a timely manner.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in web development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contributing to the improvement of development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Graduates in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PHP programming language and a solid understanding of its core concepts and features.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, and CodeIgniter would be more advantageous.
  • Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to writing clean and efficient code.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in as team environment.

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous internship or project experience in PHP development.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks/ libraries such as React, , or AngularJS.
