Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital media, including social media posts, promotional banners, thumbnails, mockups, and branding assets.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, content creators, and marketing teams to develop cohesive designs that align with brand identity and project goals.
  • Retouch and manipulate images for visual storytelling and campaign needs.
  • Maintain consistency across projects while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques within Photoshop.
  • Organize and manage layered Photoshop files for easy collaboration and revision.
  • Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (other Adobe Suite tools like Illustrator or After Effects are a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Photoshop-based design work.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • [Optional] Experience with animation, video editing, or social media content design is a bonus.
