Onboard new hires within company standards
Manage a requirement load of up to 40 open requirements
Communicate consistently with hiring managers and senior leadership on status of the openings assigned
Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the leadership teams
Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
Strengthen relationship with Community, Networking, utilize free government recruiting resources
