We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and offline marketing, team management, campaign execution, and brand positioningpreferably in interior design, lifestyle, or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Campaign Management in Meta & Google is Must.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Social Media Management.
  • Plan and oversee content creation, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse performance metrics and ROI of campaigns; create monthly reports.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and external vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.

Preference for candidates from interior design, real estate, or lifestyle domains.
