Job Description: Executive Sponsorship Sales (Event in Dubai)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive – Sponsorship Sales professional to drive the success of our upcoming high-profile event in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship business opportunities while also supporting ticket sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, generating leads, and bringing sponsors on board to maximize event revenue and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and high-value buyers.
- Drive sponsorship business sales by understanding client objectives and aligning them with event opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach in relevant industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship and ticket sales targets.
- Craft and present compelling sponsorship proposals and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and contracts, ensuring value-driven outcomes for both sponsors and the event.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sponsorship deals with promotional and branding initiatives.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups to close deals successfully.
- Provide exceptional relationship management and after-sales support to sponsors and key clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities and revenue streams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales, event sales, or business development (preferably within events, media, or exhibitions).
- Strong ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and close high-value sponsorship deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Knowledge of the events and sponsorship landscape, with strong industry networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about achieving sales excellence.
