You'll own the complete design experience from first brand touchpoint to in-product interactions.

Key Challenges You'll Solve:

• Design Velocity - Shipping high-quality design work independently without external dependencies

• Marketing Design Bottlenecks - Enabling rapid creation of sales collateral, video content, and campaign assets

• Brand-Product Disconnect - Creating cohesive design language from marketing websites to product interfaces

• Customer Experience Gaps - Identifying and solving usability issues that impact customer success and retention

Outcomes Expected

Q1 Objectives: Lead complete redesign of customer-facing website, marketing and sales collaterals, sharpen the positioning.

Year 1 Objectives: Establish design systems and processes that enable faster design iteration. improve user experience and brand positioning

ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Design

• Visual Identity Ownership - Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints

• Website Development - Design and build marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign sites using Framer/Webflow with zero external dependencies

• Sales Enablement - Create compelling pitch decks, case studies, demo environments, and sales collateral that support $60K+ ACV deals

• Content Creation - Produce video content, social media assets, blog graphics, and event materials using Adobe Creative Suite

Product Design & UX

• User Experience Strategy - Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities

• Interface Design - Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that make complex AI functionality approachable for technical and non-technical users

• Design Systems - Build and maintain scalable design systems that enable consistent, efficient product development

• Prototyping & Testing - Create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions

Customer Communication Design

• Onboarding Experience - Design seamless customer onboarding flows that reduce time-to-value and improve activation rates

• In-App Communication - Create clear, helpful UI copy, tooltips, empty states, and error messaging

• Customer Success Materials - Design training materials, help documentation, and success resources that enable customer growth

RequirementsProfessional Experience

• 4-6 years of design experience with demonstrated expertise across brand, web, and product design

• Proven track record designing for B2B SaaS or AI/ML products with complex user workflows

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of design projects from strategy to execution

Technical Proficiency

• Web Development Tools - Expert-level proficiency in Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code platforms. Ability to design, build, ship and maintain on your own with 0 external support.

• Design Software - Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Prototyping - Experience with interactive prototyping tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS
