Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a skilled Site Engineer who can take full charge of civil execution at project sites. The role is ideal for proactive engineers with a solid grounding in construction, quality control, and site coordination. This is an immediate opportunity to join a fast-moving team on priority projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all civil-related activities on-site, including foundation, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing works.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
  • Execute works as per GFC drawings, specifications, and approved quality standards.
  • Ensure safety compliance and adherence to all construction norms and standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
  • Manage site resources efficiently—labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Raise material requirements and check delivery against BOQs and drawings.
  • Identify and resolve site-related challenges in collaboration with the design and project management team.

Preferred Candidate Traits

  • Prior experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with construction safety practices and checklists.
  • Efficient at quantity surveying and material tracking.
  • Willingness to work at various project locations as needed.
