We develop next-generation battery technologies at our state-of-the-art R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UKThe OpportunityAs the ALM & PLM Enablement & Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, enablement, and adoption of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools across the organization. You will create frameworks and streamline NPI business processes by engaging cross-functional teams and manage Super User Communities. This role will be critical in ensuring seamless tool adoption of ALM & PLM platforms, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and maximizing the value of ALM & PLM solutions to accelerate product development and delivery.

This role plays a pivotal part in our ALM & PLM journey where in Agratas is implementing the Siemens Polarion (ALM) and Teamcenter P4B (PLM) platform and the role will support shape how ALM & PLM accelerates the New Product Development lifecycle by closely partnering and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate would have a good understanding / knowledge ALM & PLM platforms and strong techno-functional skills to bridge the business needs and technology solution adoption.

PERSON PROFILEKey Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Enablement Strategies: Drive the adoption of ALM and PLM tools across R&D, Product / Process Engineering, MFG, and other cross functional teams

Super User Community Management: Build and nurture Super User Communities to provide ongoing support, training, and advocacy for ALM & PLM platform capabilities

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Lead efforts to align business requirements with platform capabilities and deployment plans, ensuring seamless integration / adoption across departments. Change Management Facilitation: Oversee change management initiatives, including communication, training, and feedback loops, to ensure smooth adoption. Rollout and Deployment Oversight: Manage the rollout and deployment of ALM & PLM solutions, including pilot programs and phased implementations.

Collaboration with IT, Engineering & Manufacturing: Work closely with IT, Engineering & manufacturing teams to ensure the integration of ALM & PLM tools with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES). Adoption Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and assess platform performance to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. Documentation and Training Material Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions. Advocacy for Best Practices: Promote user-centred design and best practices in ALM & PLM processes.

Data Governance and Quality Initiatives: Defining and implementing data models and processes within ALM & PLM platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Up-to-date Knowledge: Stay current with the latest advancements in ALM & PLM solutions. Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

At least 7 years of experience in ALM & PLM platform implementation, enablement, or adoption roles

Experience in an R&D/Engineering-intensive industry such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing.Familiarity with ALM & PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Polarion, PTC Windchill, or similar tools.Understanding and Knowledge on integrating ALM & PLM platform with Other Enterprise applications such as CAD, ERP, MES, LIMS etc.Good presentation, excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives proactively. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project documentation standards. Strong understanding of the business processes and IT systems that are critical for the organization's operations and how they can be affected by different scenarios.

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, such as senior management, business units, IT staff, vendors, and regulators, and address their concerns and expectations. Should be able to adjust to changing business needs and requirements and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
