Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Admin located in Bikaner. The Site Admin will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at solar plant sites, coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and managing logistics and resources. Additionally, the Site Admin will be tasked with maintaining records, preparing reports, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing any site-related issues. The Site Admin will also liaise with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Record Keeping and Report Preparation expertise
• Safety Protocol Compliance and Issue Resolution skills
• Vendor, Contractor, and Stakeholder Management experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Relevant experience in solar power projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
