Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving SAP security and GRC issues.
- Apply best practices in incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage problem management calls and drive issue resolution within specified SLAs.
- Support compliance efforts and ensure adherence to internal and external security protocols and regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, procedures, and auditing requirements.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control for centralized risk management, compliant provisioning and role administration.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to SAP security and GRC.
- Collaborate with business teams and internal stakeholders to address security concerns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP security and GRC best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise :
- 7 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC support, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA, and other SAP platforms.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to resolve complex technical issues across various platforms.
- Knowledge of incident management processes, including managing incidents and change requests.
- Proficiency in SAP BASIS.
- Experience with SAP security frameworks and GRC tools.
