DTALES Tech
is looking for an experienced designer to help us elevate our clients' technical documentation, content marketing, and social media presence.

At DTALES Tech, we specialize in making technical content accessible and engaging. You'll be a key player in ensuring our clients' stories, from detailed product guides to engaging social media campaigns are told with visual impact and polish.

What You'll Do

As our Visual Designer, you will be the driving force behind the visual identity and content structure for a wide range of client projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Template Development:
    Design, create, and maintain a suite of scalable
    visual templates
    (e.g., for reports, e-books, slide decks, and documentation layouts) that align with client brand guidelines and improve content consumption.
  • Video Production:
    Plan, shoot/source assets, and edit high-quality
    videos
    for various platforms, including tutorials, product overviews, and social media clips.
    Experience with motion graphics and animation is a significant plus.
  • Visual Content Creation:
    Produce a variety of static and interactive visual assets, such as
    infographics, diagrams, illustrations, charts, and social media graphics
    , to support technical articles, white papers, and marketing materials.
  • Brand & Style Management:
    Ensure all visual output is consistent, high-quality, and adheres to both DTALES Tech's standards and our clients' specific brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with our technical writers, content strategists, and marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content that clearly communicates technical concepts.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience:
    3+ years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related role, ideally within a B2B, tech, or technical content environment.
  • Portfolio:
    A strong and diverse
    portfolio
    demonstrating expertise in template design, visual storytelling, infographic creation, and video production/editing.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Mastery of design and video editing software (e.g.,
    Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma
    ,
    Sketch
    ).
  • Visual Storytelling:
    A proven ability to translate complex or abstract technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging visual representations.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Independence:
    The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
