Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Trainee / Junior Analyst (Background Verification) based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting background verification checks, analyzing and interpreting data. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal team, validating candidate information, compiling reports, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and maintaining secure and accurate records in adherence to company policies.

  • Monitoring Day to Day team operations.
  • Report Preparation based on the given data & publish
  • Closing the assigned Cases on time and update the same in tool
  • Monitor the teams to follow the defined BGV process
  • Handle complaints or queries provide by customer, giving appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Skill to manage and coordinate each of the team member's work to ensure timely closure of customers issues

Qualifications

  • Any B.com /BBA/BA/MBA(Operation) graduates with good aggregate throughout the academics
  • Candidate must be comfortable with dealing large set of data and doing in-depth analysis.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed in advanced MS Excel and MS Word.
